The gap adjustment between the pressure roller of the granulator

signal to the PLC control system; the PLC control system is
responsible for converting the change of the pressure roller angle
into the change of the gap between the pressure roller and the ring
die and compare it with the set gap value. This determines the
movement direction and size of the cylinder execution system until
the actual clearance and the set clearance are consistent within
the allowable error range. The system can use the on-site touch
screen as the interface of "man-machine dialogue", which is easy to
operate and has high adjustment accuracy. The gap error between the
pressure roller and the ring die can be controlled within ±0,1 rum,
and it can be used at any time during the work of the granulator.
